In reading the other comments, there is a love-hate thing going here. Consider us strongly on the "love" side. Also, let me be specific, as I find both praise and criticism is best when it is specific. As part of a kitchen reno, Mike and his staff were, honest, friendly, helpful, and made a kitchen renovation one of the easiest projects we have done. Prior experience has shown kitchens to be the toughest to live through. We have renovated every area of this house and property. This was the second kitchen reno in this house, updating a low cost emergency renovation when we first moved in. The work was projected to take 4-5 weeks. It took about 6, partly due to some changes and partly due to delivery of other parts of the project not related to Vito. I would say our expectations were set and well managed by Mike. Mike was easy to work with, and there were some changes that we incorporated as we moved forward. Changes were handled and priced via a change management approach similar to those used in many businesses. The price was not the cheapest, but we have learned that, as the Rolls Royce owners manual says: "People remember the quality long after the price is forgotten." In summary, maybe we are the best customers. We try to work with contractors who we invite into our home as friends and partners. We hope to inspire contractors to give their best work. In Mike's case, we are thankful to him for the quality and design we now live with every day.
