Grant in Innisfil

I have purchased a Pratt Home. I found it interesting that many people expect sooo much from their builder- talking to neighbours some that bought from Pratt and some that bought from other builders- generally the expectations are very unrealistic of what the builders supposed to do or fix in their home. I hate to be the devils advocate but I often hear good things about Pratt but I have to defend all builders including Pratt. Maybe I'm alone on this one-but shouldn't one research the builder and the warrenty before buying one of the biggest investments of their life? Maybe a customer complaining about the features in the home should have asked what the features are before buying??? - why can't people be responsible for their own choices.
