I recently in 2019, hired K wood kitchens to renovate the interior main floor of my home including a complete kitchen remodel and layout, dining room, powder room and living room. I found K wood because as I was gathering 10-12 quotes from renovation companies, I found that half in the Scarborough area kept saying we get out cabinets made by K-wood. I finally gained enough curiosity to go see their showroom and spoke with Joe and Simon. They came to my house the next day, looked at the scope of work and also presented similar houses in the area they had renovated to demonstrate their work. They offered a fair quote, and our project began. Through the project, they delivered on every ask and change without any resistance and kept CONSTANT communication. If I needed an answer or to get a hold of Joe or Simon, I would have emails or phone calls returned within the hour through the 7 weeks. They started and ended the project on time, on budget and the work that was preformed was excellent. Furthermore when the work was not up to my standards, they always resolved the problem and never argued. I try to save reviews for 6 months after the work has been completed to see how it holds up with daily use. Even after the project ended, K-wood has maintained their integrity and always returned my phone call with concerns I have. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated their constant communication as that is rare in this industry. Their work has stood solid with 6 occupants (4 kids in the home as well) and I have had 0 major issues post renovation. I would not hesitate to hire K-wood again. Thank you all for a job well done.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Thomas who laid out my options very clearly for me. He did a complete evaluation of my house where I may be losing heat to ensure id get optimal performance out of my new furnace and air conditioner. Thomas was very fair in negotiations and I feel like he had the best interest of my family and new two month old baby. Thomas assessed my current furnace explained where I was losing costs and where I was losing efficiency. HE had the measurement for our new furnace done in one meeting and even had all of the incentives and rebates we qualified figured out. I had all ready researched all rebates and Thomas had all of them before I could even ask for them. The team was clean and professional and got the job done in the dead of winter in one day. Today my wife and 9 month old son haven't been too warm or too cold from the excellent products sold and installed to us. The products have been fantastic and I even received a phone call reminding me it was time to change my filter. My gas bill has gone down dramatically with the trane products and I have not ha a problem with either the furnace or air conditioner since.
