Pino and his team did a fantastic job of landscaping our house. In the front they installed truegrid pavers as I live on a busy street and wanted to be able to turnaround on the grass. This required a 12" stone and sand base to support the weight of the cars. In addition they did all of the garden beds, grass and grading. In the back they also regraded my lawn, performed all of the planting, river rock and coordinated the installation of a new fence and irrigation system. Pino is very easy to work with and has a great crew! If I have future projects, I will definitely give him a call.

John installed a new combi hot water heater system and also the header pipes/pumps for a 2 loop in floor hydronic heating system. I was concerned about using a tankless heater as the in-floor loop was fairly small (was concerned about cycling). John was able to find an alternative that met my needs. In addition, he also installed a BBQ line for me. Overall, I was very satisfied with John’s work. He was also easy to work with.

Abraham was very easy to work with. He was a great communicator, performed quality work at a competitive price. He installed carpet in one of my bedrooms, a big closet area and the rec room in the basement. If I ever need carpet in the future, I will be sure to give him a call.

Bruno is a great engineer who really went the extra mile with my project! The project involved removing a load bearing wall in an existing house and adding a small addition on to the front. Bruno came to the house for his initial survey. He was able to size the load bearing beam so that it was flush with the ceiling. During the installation there were some minor complications (not due to Bruno); Bruno offered fantastic support with the building inspector and was very responsive in terms of addressing installation concerns. I would definitely recommend using Bruno for future structural engineering projects.

Tornado Plumbing lived up to the reviews and did a fantastic job! At my house they started with outdoor water proofing (including a sump pump). Their team was fast, professional and dedicated to delivering a high degree of quality. I was so impressed with their waterproofing work that I have since had them return to redo my basement floor slab and plumbing. If I require future work that aligns with their skill set, I will definitely be contacting them again.

TorontoRoofing.ca installed a new roof on my house last summer. I am really happy with it so far and think that it looks great! Maciej, is a very honest person. He provided a more than detailed quote and has a very extensive knowledge of roofing. What I really liked about Maciej, is that he seemed interested in doing a quality job. His install team was also very professional to work with and arrived/completed the project on time. Earlier this year, I thought that I had an issue with one of my shingles. I emailed Maciej at 11 pm; he had someone by to look at it early the next morning (turned out everything was okay with the shingles). I was blown away by Maciej's responsiveness! I believe it speaks to the quality and service that you can expect in working with his company. I wish more contractors were like this; I would definitely recommend TorontoRoofing.ca to my friends and family.

Dimitry installed a backflow preventer for me. He was very professional and made the installation/city rebate very easy for me. He had a camera and traced out my existing drain pipe and provided an excellent description of how he was going to install the new back flow value. I am very happy with the overall installation and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking at having one of these installed.

I am very happy with the work Danny performed on my house. He replaced the garage floor and concrete walkway at the side of my house. Danny was easy to communicate with, lived up to his commitments and performed excellent quality of work. He also had some great ideas on how to improve the current garage floor design. I had an old skylight that was leaking. I contacted Alex through HomeStars regarding the project. Alex came by and took a look at it and walked me through what would need to be done in detail (other contractors who came just wanted to give me a price). After I understood the project, I decided to replace the whole section of the roof, as Alex offered a good price for this. I am glad I used Alex for this project, he is a great communicator and has an attention for detail. I would definitely use him again for future projects! David
