We have an addition that only had some ancient baseboard heaters that were costing us a mint in hydro bills. Being built on a slab, it was going to be some work to get forced in there. Only Brian was able to conclude that a mini-split was the way to go. That and the Lennox furnace is amazing, how fast and quietly it heat the house. The small army that showed up at the house on install day were all pleasant people and the mess wasn't too terrible given the scope of the work I requested (everything was done exactly as requested), such as moving some overhead ductwork in the basement to improve headspace in a hallway. Had some issues with the humidifier (which I'm still not that confident really works properly, more a Lennox issue I think) and follow up maintenance was great with Mitch showing up and solving issues fast. This was a big expense and it went down pretty well I would say. Price and solution were what won me over. I have no trouble keeping my business with Brian's team for future maintenance and upgrades. As an aside, if you are doubting whether it is worth it to get a tankless water heater, it really is wonderful to have unending hot water on demand.

Removed old insulation from attic, then spray foamed in a couple inches and added cellulose to R50+. Added soffit moors as well. Spray foamed the exterior walls and floors (over garage) of bathroom and got a little over-zealous and spray foamed every nook and cranny behind the plumbing and HVAC as well. Not a big deal. House is extremely cozy. Didn't change thermostat program at all and it went from a little chilly to a little too warm in no time at all. Will be calling back to get basement done before next winter.

Potlights, panels, outlets, fans, and switches! Very nice work done in my home by very professional people. They will be back for more no doubt, lots more to do yet.

Chris and Mark and co. were great to deal with. It started with our new to us home having a leaky skylights. We were expecting to redo the roof soon but not this soon. Anyway, they stopped the leak and gave us a quote for a new roof no charge for the repair until the roof is done. Chris combined the quote with new siding and trim as well (different crew). He was also very patient and clear with what the options are and what he recommends for product etc. Wife and I hummed and hawed over colours etc and finally pull the trigger way later than these guys were hoping, but they did it all nonetheless. Roof looks great, no issues, really happy.

Great from start to finish. Everyone was polite and straightforward, from booking with Joe to the two fellows that showed up right on time. They came in, did their work, were friendly, offered advice, did a great job. Charged exactly as quoted on the phone. Very happy to finally have clean air.

Angelo and team did a great job for us. I found him through Homestars, got quotes from about 4 or 5 places and his was not only the second best price but the most professional. Ironically I found a flyer of his in the mail when I got home after booking him earlier in the day. It was fate I guess. He answered questions. He seemed confident that what he quoted me is what I would pay. I paid deposit, well in advance. He quotes an hourly rate and displays up front additional fuel charges and travel costs. Angelo and his crew (with an extra guy to go faster!) were right on time. They came in, they got everything prepped and were out the door in short order. Everything went swimmingly. Real professionals. My wife won't let me give them 10 stars because it's not that "perfect" (she saw them let a mattress touch the floor...). I've been a swamper before and these guys were aces a far as I'm concerned.

We made an offer on a home conditional on inspection and being new to the area had no idea where to find someone to do it. My agent blindly selected Don based on his Homestars rating and the fact that he answered the phone when called (I not he may not always answer the phone since he told me during the inspection he doesn't take calls while working - lucky us I guess). We scheduled Don to come by 3 days hence and he was there right on time. Started out taking pictures right away and let me get intimately involved with the gory details of everything. He was focused right from the get-go. Needless to say, the inspection was worth every penny. We didn't find anything to sink the deal but we did cut multiples of the cost of the inspection from the selling price, so the inspection certainly paid for itself. Don is obviously quite passionate, has a great sense of humour, and is very clear about everything. I'll be calling him back certainly once I start tearing things apart as he was curious to see what is behind certain DIY gaffs inside the home. In addition to all his findings, he's made recommendations for improvement as well as referring me to people in the area to start with for getting work done. Thank you Don!
