So when the water startled bubbling up from under our floorboards near the washing machine, I was pretty sure we were in for a long, painful, expensive repair process. Fortunately, a friend recommended ABC and Vlad managed to find time for us the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a cracked drain hose), ordered the part and was back three days later to repair. It was fast, thorough and economical. Seriously could not be happier. Vlad is very friendly and professional and doesn't make you feel like an fool about a machine you may not understand. He'll show you how everything works, explains what he's doing and he really went that extra mile to make sure that the problem was fixed and that any other potential problem areas were looked after. He even took a video of the insides of our washer so that we could see exactly what had been fixed. He also gave us some very helpful tips on how to maintain our washer. I almost can't wait for a friend to have some kind of appliance problem so that I can recommend Vlad and his company.

If you are looking for windows, look no further. I talked to six different companies and Alex from Windows by installer is different. Different in such a positive way. From the moment we met him, he was all about making our experience positive. Anytime you decide to make a big investment in your home, you want to work with someone who understands your concerns and potential apprehension. Alex met every concern I had with the investment head on, no hard sell, just the offer to help us in any way his company could. This is the way home improvement should be done. On to the install. After taking three months to decide, Alex treated us just the same. Not upset we took a long time to decide but happy to help us in any way he could. The seven people we interacted with for the measuring and install were great. Any time you invite total strangers into your home you do so with a bit of concern. The install crew were awesome. They explained exactly what they intended to do upon arrival and move expeditiously through the install phase. They respected our personal property and communicated through out the day. A truly great team with each member knowing their role and worked well together ("a well oiled machine"). We ate lunch with the work crew in our kitchen and they were straight back to work. Years of experience and they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. The owner called upon completion to make sure and guarantee our happiness. What more could we ask for? Our home is pretty old and had the original anderson windows. Windows by installer replaced them with a very high end replacement that makes our home look awesome.
