House Reno, Permit application, committee of adjustment
We have been working with JW Engineers for 1 year 6 months now on our total gut renovation and 3 story home addition design build project and we are completely satisfied with their services to date. We have gotten through the most difficult challenges, worked through neighbour issues,obtaining zoning certificate and committee of adjustment approval. The project manager has treated the neighbours with courtesy and was responsive to their needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, quick response and always available to discuss project. A pleasure to work with. Everything is going very well and we look forward to working with JW Engineers. Highly recommended.
