I had my roof repaired last year (Feb 13) by Freeze Maxwell Roofing. After their work, they said that my roof would be OK for at least 5 years. We are now in Feb 14 (i.e. 1 year after) and my roof is leaking again (my ceiling is stained in multiples rooms and has to be totally repainted). I called Freeze Maxwell and 3 different guys went to see my roof in a 10 days period. The 1st one said that he "didn't know anything about flat roofs with EPDM", the 2nd said that he did not have enough time to find the leak and the 3rd recaulked 3 different spots and said that my roof should be replaced. My roof is still leaking and a new guy ("the boss") came and quoted a roof replacement at $18,500. In the mean time, they sent me an invoice of $180 for the 3 guys who did not repair anything. If only they had said last year that my roof had to be replaced, I would not have had all the problems resulting from the leak this year. In addition, I now want to have my roof replaced but the guy from Maxwell Roofing has not returned my calls. Inacceptable. Do not work with these guys!
