Called Mike and he was at my house within 2 hours. He repaired the spring and corrected other garage related problems as a courtesy. Job was done in 30 minutes.

Alvin astutely resolved the challenges posed by my home, which was previously not roughed in for central vacuum prior to the basement being finished.
