I have used cosmopolitan since 2015 for air condition and furnace repair, and duct cleaning services without issue. The week of May 28th I called the call centre four times to book a service technician and recieved horrible service. Two first attempts I was told they would call me back. No one called me back. The third time I called they said someone would, again, call me back to confirm a service date. This, again, did not happen. On the third and fourth call I asked to speak to a manager and was told he would call me back to discuss my concerns with the call centre. The manager did not call me back. I had my service visit on June 1 - I was quoted $99 by the call centre and the technician charged me $200 for a 15 minute visit. The delivery - electrical tape applied to a pipe to seal a crack. All around terrible service. It is noteworthy to mention that I waited this long to write this review (my first negative review on homestars) as I hoped I would recieve a call from the manager to share my grievances to avoid posting a review. This did not happen.

We hired BGC to complete an extension renovation of our main floor - new floor plan, kitchen, powder room, flooring, installation and lots of other details! We are thrilled with the process and results. Tyler was easy to work with and very reliable. We would highly recommend him and will use BGC again!

My cable broke on my garage door and therefore we could not open or close the door. I called Danny at noon and by 2:30pm he was at our house and installed all new cables. Very satisfied. Danny is excellent!

Very fast and effective. I called on the hottest day of the year and they came that evening to provide diagnosis and fixed the unit the following day. Very satisfied.

This review is long over due. A couple of months ago our fridge stopped producing cool air. I called and spoke to Peter on a Sunday and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and provide a temporary solution over the phone until he came out to fix the issue (he very promptly came to fix the issue). I highly recommend Modern Appliances and especially Peter.
