Very happy with the Convertible Air. Grant was very helpful on the phone, guiding us through the various options for A/C units that would meet our requirements and our budget. After we made our selection, they were able to squeeze the installation in only two days later. For the installation, Dieter arrived on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done. We called numerous plumbers early on a Sunday after our kitchen sink backed up and we were unable to clear it ourselves. A Marco was the only one that was able to send somebody out on the same day. We were very impressed with everything. The lady on the phone was polite and professional. The technician, Brad, arrived on time and was clearly knowledgeable and a true professional. He explained the process and pricing before hand. In addition to clearing our pipes, he gave us a lot of free insight/advice to help prevent future issues. The final price was as originally quoted - no surprises. I'd definitely recommended this company to anyone looking for a good plumber.

We recently called Restoration1 after we experienced a relatively small flood in our basement. Although they were swamped (middle of a cold spell - pipes bursting all over the city), Steve was able to schedule us in right away. The technician, Sam, was there within an hour. He provided an initial assessment, and his crew was able to start the cleanup shortly thereafter. We were impressed with the level of professionalism that everyone (Steve, Sam, the crew) showed. The job was completed quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised when the final bill was less than expected. Thanks guys...hope I never need your services again though.
