We moved into a house that was 17 years old and still had the original caulking and it was in bad shape. Michael came by the house to give me a quote (which was reasonable) to remove the old caulking and apply new caulking around the exterior of the house. The team came by and did an amazing job removing the old caulking (and cleaning it up) and applying a new line of caulk around all of the windows and doors. They even re-did the furnace and vent fan openings as well and did a much cleaner job than the original HVAC installers did. The only issue we had (and it was our fault) was that a family member stepped in the wet caulking around a door and needed to be redone. Michael was good enough to come by and reapply the caulking and now it looks like new again. I would easily recommend Gold Seal to anyone.

We moved into a new house and knew that a new furnace was going to be needed in a year or so. When we turned it on for the heating season, a pool of water was forming from the condensation blower fan, as there was a crack in the housing. Appleby came out to diagnose the issue and make a few recommendations. The old unit was 17 years old so we had a new furnace installed. The install went smoothly and Appleby cleaned up the area when done. They even took the time to tidy up all of the hoses and drain lines on the floor and now it looks a lot better than it did before. Initially, we had an issue with a dripping exhaust line but they came by to fix it the same day that I called, so I also happy with the after sales service as well. I would happily use Appleby again for HVAC in our house.

We just moved into a new house and needed 2 new garage door openers installed. In our previous house we had always used a different company but they did not service this location. Instead, they referred me to Upper Canada. When I called, Cathren walked me through my options and asked for pictures of the current setup, so that she could give an accurate quote. They had a technician that was available to come by in two days, so we set up an appointment. On the day of the install Paul showed up on time and explained the whole installation process to me. He took down the old opener and installed two new openers and touch pad. When he was done with the install, he cleaned up the work area and disposed of the old opener and any other packaging that was left from the new openers. He then helped me to code the touch pad and showed me how the new openers functioned. Very happy with the service from Upper Canada Garage Doors and we will no doubt be using them again when it is time to replace the garage doors. Thanks for all the help, Ben

We had a 100km move to a new house and could not be happier with the service. I received many quotes and most reputable movers came in at around the same price as High Energy. What made High Energy stand out to me was that Pierre (owner) came by and walked through the entire house, to make sure that there would be no surprises come moving day. Pierre gave us a quote for the move, storage for a night and what it would cost to have their team pack the entire house. In the end, we chose to have High Energy pack our house and it was the best decision that we could have made. The day before the move, 2 High Energy employees arrived to pack the house. They were both courteous, hard working and did an amazing job packing and labeling all of our belongings. They did such a thorough job, that not one thing was damaged in the move. The next day, Leo and his team arrived to move everything into the truck. Once again, Leo and his team were very courteous and hard working. They used floor mats to protect the carpets and wrapped all of the furniture and electronics to protect them during the move. Throughout the whole process, Leo was there to answer any questions that we had and to keep us updated on how they were progressing. The next day, we met High Energy at the new house and they unloaded everything quickly. As when they loaded the truck, they did a great job unloading everything into the house. They asked us where each box or object should go and even above and beyond to help us move a couple big pieces of furniture that the previous owners had left behind. Had a cable break while I was leaving for work, which left the door half way down and uneven. Called Markham Garage and talked to a very friendly and helpful individual who let me know when they could have someone come by to help. John arrived on time and was very helpful. He fixed the problem and made the door quieter than it was before. Very pleased!

Like so many others, my furnace was not working properly and we called Cozy World because of all of the great reviews they have received here. I called at 9am on a Saturday and spoke with Fred. I explained the situation and he was able to come out that same day by noon! After troubleshooting the problem with the existing furnace, Fred let me know the various options that I had, from repairing the 20 yrs old furnace, to the different types of new furnaces. Because their price was so good, we decided on a new furnace and the next day, the Cozy World guys were out to do the install. Having dealt with another company for a new A/C a few years ago (and not very pleased), I was very happy with the quality of work and the clean up that Cozy World did. Other than the new furnace, you would never have known that any work was done in the basement. Carpet covers were used, garbage was removed and they even cleaned up some of the messy work that had been done 2 years ago. I will be calling Fred and Cozy World for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks Cozy World!!
