My husband and I had a home inspection done today by Rick. I booked the appointment for 9 a.m today and when my husband and I arrived on site 20 minutes early Rick was already there and had almost completed the exterior part of the home inspection. He quickly caught us up on what he inspected and all things that he noted. During the entire inspection Rick was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He always presented himself in an exceptionally friendly and professional manner. He would make sure that we didn't have any questions regarding anything he was doing; and if we did happen to have a question he always provided us with a very informative answer. Rick is up to date with technology ranging from his thermal imager right down to payment options. The report from today’s home inspection was emailed to me within a matter of a couple hours which included pictures, findings, risk factors, as well as solutions. This home is my husbands and mine first home and Rick has made us 100% confident in our investment. Rick has without a doubt gone above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
