He was very professional & thoroughly explained the scope of work involved. Alex called ahead of time, was punctual, and extremely professional and respectful inside our home. He worked very hard, cleared the blockages in the aged pipes and installed a new toilet & sink faucet. He also repaired a pipe and did everything very well. I love that Mr. Plumber provided a clear breakdown of the costs and quoted on the job as a whole. No per hour rate or initial service call rate. They also guarantee their work.
