Owen and Caroline, owners of VIP cleaning service have been cleaning our house for several years now. Their attention to detail is unparallel, as they consistently ensure that every corner, surface and item in the house is cleaned until it is spotless. They go behind and under larger items such as sofas and cupboards to get into the corners and crevasses where dust settles, and they spot clean stubborn areas such as grout, tiles and more. Most importantly, they are incredibly positive, pleasant and down to earth people, who take pride in their work and tailor their services for each our particular needs. We have young kids at home and Owen and Caroline give our home the TLC as if it were their own. We trust them in our home and couldn't be happier and grateful for their professional and dedicated approach!

Owen and Caroline have been cleaning our home for well over a year now. When we put our house up for sale last month, we trusted them to gleam up of our house for staging purposes. They did a thorough job, ensuring that the house was completely presentable for sale. They worked very hard, staying extra long to complete every last detail and accommodated last minute schedule changes and requests. When we moved into our new home very recently, they also did an initial clean and we will be continuing to hire them for regular cleans of our new home from here forth. We also have a baby and and a toddler, and have trusted them to work with the little ones in mind. They are a pleasure to work with--very down to earth, hard working and accommodating.

Owen and Caroline from VIP Cleaning services have been cleaning my home for the past 6 months (on a monthly basis). I hired them after another friend of mine recommended them to me. What I appreciate most about them is that they are extremely down-to-earth and friendly, which I feel is very important when you are inviting someone into your home and building trust. I feel completely comfortable with them in my house and my baby boy does too! I also like that they listen to my requests and accommodate them every time. Some of these requests have included cleaning out the inside of my toaster oven, washing some stains off the ceiling (I have a baby who flung spinach up there one day!), dusting the crown moulding, vacuuming behind my oven, using eco-friendly products and working around my son's napping schedule. On top of their friendliness and attentive listening, they also do a thorough job cleaning and have stayed longer here and there to ensure they get everything finished properly. The only recommendation I would have is to make the company completely eco-friendly. There are many 'green' companies out there now with innovative, plant-based, organic cleaning products and I think it's an important element of the industry these days as being environmental conscious is crucial in our time and it also gives the customer some extra security in knowing that there aren't as many harmful chemicals being used in their house. That being said, Owen and Caroline have still made a good effort to use eco-friendly products as much as possible in my house (if there was an option of giving 9.5/10 I would have done so!). I am very happy with them and already hired them to do a one-time clean of my sister-in-law's condo as well...she was happy too!
