Be aware of their vague quotes. This led to tacking on additional charges. I had some complaints regarding the work that was completed. The owner, Justin, was not at all interested in rectifying the situation. He was not even interested in listening to my complaint. He just laughed and billed my credit card. TERRIBLE customer experience. STAY AWAY.

OddJob provides estimates which are time-based, due to the nature of the repair and maintenance industry, and not flat quotes and this is noted in three places during the estimating process. Project invoices are adjusted after the fact either up or down based on the time consumed by our technicians. As was explained on the phone Sid we adjusted the project to reflect the time consumed, in total an additional 15 min of time, which means or estimate was extremely accurate for your project. I understand you feel you should only pay for what your estimate stated, but as was clearly written with the estimate that is not the process that OddJob runs on and our loyal customer base has always appreciated this transparent way of doing business. Furthermore bullying our customer support staff is something that we at OddJob and Justin himself will not stand for and not the type of customer we want to go above and beyond for. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the process but we will continue to good business with the City of Toronto.

We are very happy & pleased with the job Mike and his team did for us. Mike explained the job and was very patient answering all our questions. He met all his commitments. The job was completed on time and his team left the property in clean condition. His price was fair and competitive. Thank you Mike & team.

I noticed my Ash tree was not doing well & contacted Cohen & Master. I was told it was suffering from an infestation of Emerald Ash Borer and needed to inject the tree ASAP. I was told there was no guarantee but there was a very good chance it could be saved. Unprompted - Within two months, a City person knocked on my door telling me the tree was dead and it was going to be removed! I am thoroughly upset. The injection was completely unnecessary. What conclusion should I can I draw? Had the tree died months later, I would not feel abused. When I called Cohen & Master back, there as no attempt to rectify my displeasure or offer an apology. The only words I heard were about the costs of planting a new tree! I would also note that there was some confusion on the original quote that was provided. I found the quote confusing and unclear. I did not get all the services I thought I agreed to. I also sense I over paid for the service they did provide. I regret using this company. It was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this company. Losing that tree really hurt.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the situation that occurred. It's unfortunate that the city came and decided to remove the tree without consultation. At the time that the tree was looked at, we honestly felt that the tree was still a good candidate for injections against the Emerald Ash Borer, otherwise, we would not have recommended the treatment. From a scale of 1-10, I give this company a sold -9. This was one of my worst customer experiences. I would NEVER call or use these guys. They are simply dishonest. We put a down payment on a part and repair for the fridge. We waited for the part but then the freezer on the unit stopped working. We called to inform them about that but when the repair person came - he did not know. He gave us a quote to repair the freezer and told us that we could get a refund on all parts but had to pay for the service calls. When I contacted Quick Fix about getting a refund, I was told to contact customer service. But they will not take calls - only e-mails. Great customer service! They would not provide a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!

I am 100% satisfied with George's work. He started & finished the job on time. He cleaned up afterwards - left the place spotless. His fee was very reasonable. George is a pleasure to deal with. He is direct and honest.
