Richard (the owner of Coretemp) was super responsive when I needed an emergency replacement of my hot water tank. I had two other companies come to take a look at the job, and they provided much more complicated and expensive quotes to upgrade to a tankless water heater system. Richard and his team were able to find a straightforward and simpler solution, and they were able to quickly and efficiently complete the job with no mess or trouble. Richard also respected all COVID protocols, fully masked and distanced, and he even sanitized the door handles before they left! I hired Otto at The Hot & Cool Guys to replace my humidifier and to service my furnace. He was highly communicative and answered all of my questions, prior to booking the job. Otto arrived on time for our appointment, and he was a pleasure to work with (thanks for wearing shoe booties, without me having to ask!). He explained everything that he was going to do, and he walked me through all the steps of what I would need to do to ensure my new humidifier operates properly. I've been a customer with Alarm Force for the past 3 years, and have had no issues with my service. We have had several false alarms while out of the home, and when they were unable to reach me, they sent a security car to come check out the house and verify that everything was alright. They also offered free installation, and their phone customer service never makes me wait more than a couple of minutes to speak with an agent. Thanks Alarm Force!

Manny was referred to me by the mold specialist we hired to come inspect our new home. Manny showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment with his team of 3 guys, and he walked me through the details on how they would approach the job, and their plan of attack. The team, led by Jose, was very professional, and they took care to lay tarps and create curtain barriers to contain the construction. They left everything as clean as when they arrived.
