My experience ordering and installing my kitchen countertop with BMG was excellent. I was doing an entire kitchen renovation and the installation of my countertop was seamless. The person I dealt with (Agostino at the Vaughan location) was extremely knowledgeable about countertop products (Marble vs. Granite) and provided me with the necessary information to make an informed decision. I ordered my countertop just prior to the holidays and expected to have to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Because of holiday and vacation schedules, my contact at BMG provided me with their cell phone number just in case I had questions along the way or needed to make any adjustments. The Installers called within a few days as specified to take the countertop measurements, my contact at BMG then confirmed all the details with me before we proceeded to the next step. I didn’t expect to hear from the installation team until well after the New Year but BMG took it upon themselves to rush the job and have my countertop installed prior to Jan 1 so I could start the new year with my countertop complete. Thanks to the BMG team for their commitment on my project. Their expertise and professionalism was amazing, the team went above and beyond and made this process so easy. My kitchen looks beautiful.

After hearing horror stories about moving companies, I was very hesitant to hire someone to help me move. I actually planned on doing it myself. Four days before the move I panicked and realized I was in over my head. I heard AC movers was a reliable and reputable company so I called immediately. I didn't actually expect to be able to book anyone on such short notice but they returned my call within the hour and assured me that 2 movers and a trunk would be there to handle my move. They even gave me tips on how to get myself organized in preparation. On the day of the move they called to let me know they were on the way and even showed up early to get themselves set up-they were very organized and they wrapped and packed my furniture with extreme care. Not only did we have to move from one place to another, we had to stop and put a number of items in storage as well. They organized and maximized the used of the storage space. I have never used a moving company before and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Moving can be very difficult and exhausting, not only were the movers very efficient, but they were kind and courteous as well. AC movers staff were very professional, I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a worry free move.

When we were building the deck in our dream home we discovered the previous owner had a poorly installed jacuzzi in one of the basement rooms which led to us having a serious black mold problem in 2 rooms in our basement. We ended up having to put our whole deck construction project on hold. We were able to source a mold inspection company that confirmed our need for removal and shortly thereafter we began working with Moldtech. Our issue was so bad that when you removed our drywall the mold was not only behind the drywall but had permeated the insulation and was growing on the actual supporting studs of our home. After researching a few of the mold removal companies we had decided on Moldtech because they were willing to do what was necessary to correct our issues properly. With so many other factors contingent on the proper removal (new walls, new roof, new deck), we had to have the job done right so it wouldn't reoccur. The Moldtech professionals walked us through the entire process and brought in a team and equipment and methodically corrected our problem one step at a time. The process to a regular person seems impossible and extremely tedious but one missed step and we knew that we would risk contaminating other parts of the house. The Moldtech team was extremely diligent, professional, hygenic and efficient throughout the entire process and they cleared up our problem within the period of time they specified. If I could have sold our home and ran away when we first knew we had mold we would have, Moldtech not only cleared out our issues, they restablished the integrity of home which we will forever be grateful for. When we brought it the other company to inspect their work they even inadvertantly complimented the thoroughness of the work that Moldtech had done. I would recommend Moldtech to anyone as they stand by their work. Once again thank you to the Moldtech team for diligence and perseverance when dealing with our issues.
