Was visited by a technician named Avi, he was very knowledgable about heating and cooling The installers did an excellent job, very considerate and help keep everything clean and organized. Did not have to put any money down, it was all simple monthly payments which is ideal. Really satisfied with my new furnace and this whole overall experience.

From the specialist who provided me with a no cost inspection of my equipment, the representative who thoroughly explained all the detail of the contract and the technician who installed my equipment, everything was handled in a caring and professional manner. i must say, during the whole experience it really did feel as if they were always keeping my best interest in-mind. Simply Comfort really know what they are doing when it comes to providing great customer service. Other companies can really learn a lot from them!
