I was impressed how prepared and organized the process was. I emailed the company through their website and got an immediate response, and was visited by someone to write up a quote within a week. He took his time and was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient with my questions. I got two other quotes but Stewart Roofing beat them all, and not just by a little, they were a clear winner on price. Once I agreed and signed off, the crew was here within the week, and even with a rain delay, the whole process was done in a day, within two weeks of first contact. The crew on the roof were fast and cleaned up after themselves to the point you'd never know they'd been here if you didn't look at the roof. Even the man taking away the dumpster cleaned up after himself when he took away the old shingles. It was hard to believe how efficient the process seemed. The topping on the cake came when the owner himself came to pick up payment and added the personal touch and continued to answer question and was keenly interested in all of my feedback. The process of finding someone to take care of your roof is a daunting one and while I'm confident I won't need to consider my roof in the coming decades, possibly ever, at least I can ease the burden on friends and family who might have concerns about theirs by recommending they go with Stewart Roofing.
