I was extremely happy with the workdone by Red Dog. What sold me on the firm was when he told me I could wait two more years before doing any work rather than simply looking for a quick sale. Well, guess who I called first for my roofing project? He also recommended a good eavestroughing/siding guy (Jeff Deveaux) who did a great job on that portion of the project. On top of it, when we recently did a roof extension, Red Dog was helpful in helping me source the original shingle colour and made my life a lot easier (despite the fact I was using a different contractor who also happened to be doing my doors and windows).

This company did everything right from beginning to end. From the initial discussions around design right down to the final product. I wish I hadn't wasted 2,000 on a floorplan designer prior to hiring Olympic as they were able to provide the same service as part of their work. It was our first major reno, so live and learn right. Hats off to these guys, very very satisfied.

This was my second project using Blue Circle and I was very impressed with the work done. Mark and the fencing contractor took time to help us decide on design and materials and we were extremely happy with the results we got. We continue to get compliments on the work done. Bravo Blue Circle!

This was my third project using Blue Circle and unfortunately, three times was not the charm. I was not impressed with the completeness of the work done by the mortar contractor and when I asked Mark to come out and discuss the work, he made me feel uncomfortable about the concerns I had. On top of it, the mortar contractor waited in his pickup truck down the street while Mark and I discussed this as if to wait until the concerns warranted being addressed. I had to twice walk around the perimeter of my home with my two children in tow while I pointed to areas that were missed. I am pretty sure this was a "one-off" bad experience, however it's going to take some time for me to get over this one and use Mark and Blue Circle again. Mark, I believe I gave you several opportunities to see how upset I was with this project and you just didn't get it. Your previous projects were well done, but this project was a big miss.

We embarked on an extensive exterior home improvement project in the Spring of 2013 with Rob, the sales rep from Torwin. Rob was very helpful in guiding us through the process of planning and selecting the right materials and managing our expectations throughout the whole project. A project of this size is not without it's hiccups, but whatever issues came up, they were resolved to our satisfaction. We appreciated Rob's attention to the project and if a concern arose, he was right there. JP the lead contractor was friendly and took the time to explain the project. Wouldn't be fair also not to mention Nick and Cassi in the Torwin office who kept us informed and were there to help coordinate scheduling and general customer service. We were happy with the materials used, the colours we choose and would recommend Torwin for anyone looking for a great doors/window/siding contractor. In the end, the project was on time, on budget, and extensive follow-ups were made to us to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction.
