Field Masters installed artificial turf with a putting green in my backyard last week. When I decided to make my backyard putting green, I researched materials and companies for about six months and received quotes from three different companies. Josh had the best design ideas and best materials by far. Most importantly I got a sense that Josh takes customer satisfaction very seriously. He was pleasant to deal with and he continued to over-deliver throughout the process. Once the deal was signed, Chad and his crew showed up precisely on time. The level of effort they put in during the two days was amazing. I now understand why they spent so much time and effort on grading and cutting. My backyard looks perfect from every angle. I am very particular when it comes to quality of work and attention to detail. I had very high expectations and Chad and his crew exceed my expectations. I want to thank Josh for his prompt responses and his level of commitment throughout the process.
