DO NOT TRUST MICHAEL COUSINS! We contacted him to fix/redo our 2 showers and some plumbing. Similar to others, he was initially very personable and charming and thus hired him for the job. He even warned us not to trust other contractors because a lot of them would rip us off. Two weeks after he finished the job, one our showers started leaking into the room below. We contacted him about the issue and after trying to get him to come in for two weeks and many excuses he finally decided to come in. After admitting to us that the bathroom started leaking because he didn't do the job properly and taking responsibility for the issue, he said he would return within a few days with his crew to fix the issue and haven't heard from him since. On one occasion, Mike came to work with his son, saying he wanted his son to learn from him - I feel sorry for him because all he's going to learn is how to rip people off. DO NOT TRUST HIM!
