I contacted Vel on the recommendation of my contractor. What we had done was to enlarge an existing basement window. This required cutting the concrete, excavating the existing window well, installing a drainage system that tied into our existing weeping tile, and installing a header. Then backfilling and installing a new window well. Well, it looks great and there was no mess for me to clean up. They did it all. A couple of days later, the City inspector came by and said it was excellent work. I would definitely recommend Vel.
