We had a very positive experience with 'Long Life' Windows. (...We replaced 14 windows and a patio-door). The entire team (including the office staff) was extremely helpful and accommodating. The process was smooth - starting from obtaining the quote to the final installation. Justin was very helpful by providing detailed information regarding the quote, and revising it according to our specific needs. He answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. The installation was managed and done by this wonderful team that included Stuart, Kevin, Dylan, and Duncan -- very nice and cheerful people. They were very professional, approachable, punctual, and neat. They did an outstanding job and we cannot be happier with our new windows! Our house looks very 'upgraded' now. Hi, I needed a professional company to fix the concrete patio slabs at the back of my house, and also on the walkways. I contacted 'Level Best' and they provided good impression from the first contact. In general, I found them as very responsive, informative, competitive, and professional. On the top of that, I felt like I'm dealing with nice people - Reinhard who performed the job, and Rhiannon at the back-office. We needed to replace our roof (from Cedar-Shakes into Asphalt-Shingles), and gutters. We asked for a quote from 5 companies. JMT's price was the most competitive. The spec in the quote was high (...which was also delivered), as-well-as the quality of the shingles. The project has started on-time (as promised), and the work was done with a lot of care to our house and garden. At the end of each day everything was cleaned as if nobody was there. John and his team were very friendly, informative, with integrity, and their workmanship was 'top-notch'. The foreman (Brian) is very nice, and with an on-going 'Customer First' attitude. A happy team that delivers excellent results and creates happy customers. John also solved a problem on another roof - which was installed by another company - and refused to be paid for this job.
