Ali showed up the very next day to assess the problem I was experiencing with my furnace, he temporarily serviced the malfunctioning furnace so that we wouldn't have to endure the harsh cold weather conditions but advised me to completely change the old furnace to something much more reliable. My old furnace was over 25 years old and it was definitely time for something newer, better and more efficient. The same day, Kevin called me to provide a quote on new equipment. He meticulously explained all of my options and provided his recommendation as to which products would best suit my household needs. The install was successfully completed 2 days later, without any issues, for a new furnace and tankless water heater. I honestly couldn't be more satisfied with the new equipment and the entire team at Home Comfort. Moreover, David did an in house follow up on the installation and showed me some of the features.
