Gary from GNS Home Inspections is the go to guy!! He comes in with a completely un-biased opinion and inspection. He is very thorough and informative. He was more than able to answer all of our questions, as we are first time home buyers. He gave us confidence before, during and after the inspection. Gary is very kind, honest, to the point and great at what he does. The report came to us, via email, that same evening. It was a complete 80 page report on the entire property that included all maintenances, recommendations and tons of photographs!! We will be using him again when the time comes, and will most definitely be advising friends and family to use GNS when they need a home inspection!! Great work Gary!!

Had a home inspection done with Amerispec back in May 2014. Barry seemed to be the guy for the job as we were extremely impressed with all of his credentials and experience within the industry. However, some things just not seem to click as far as the inspection went. Overall we were not impressed. Considering the cost of the inspection and due the fact that he was comfortable with printing out the inspection on site, which did not include photos but had to be emailed to me (there were next to none anyway), we just did not find this to be comforting. He had missed to identify a few things and did not bother to check some others or add them to the report. The report had mispelled words and some items were not even noted. Maybe he was having an off day, but it didnt work out for us in the end either way. There were positives and negatives that came from this, although we will not be using Amerispec again, due to this experience.
