I have used TS kitchens on my last two kitchen makeovers and would never use anyone else. This time it was a much smaller project but he never disappoints. I wasn't after something to expensive or over the top.I wanted better function than the original basic walk-in I had. What Traian came up with was nothing short of amazing. I absolutely thrilled with the final result. It is all now organized and functional. I enjoy going into my closet now! You will not be disappointed if you choose TS kitchens his attention to detail and creativity is bar none.

I called a few companies to get quotes on ripping out my existing driveway and repaving it. C.Aurora responded to my inquiry promptly and efficiently came out and did an assessment and provided a written quote the same day. I attained several quotes but appreciated the great service I received as well as the candid conversation with Mike. They showed up on the day and time they said they would and removed the driveway and put in the gravel and parked it down so well. They did not mess up the grass at all. The crew was friendly even at 8am! They also came and just put in the new driveway yesterday and it looks great. They got right up to the lip of my garage and they left the area clean. I would recommend them again.

I recently had a Reno done in the home so it was quite dusty and gross. Joana and her team were incredible! They showed up on time, and cleaned my place from top to bottom. My house sparkled and smelled so good after they were done. The care they took with making sure every room and corner were scrubbed was beyond my expectation. Very easy going and pleasant to work with. They also sanitized every door handle light switch and touch point so I could feel safe about bringing my family into the space. Thank you JNG Janitorial!

I hired this company solely based on the great reviews on homestars. Called the company and their pricing was reasonable for the task at hand. I was thrilled they could come out in the am when I wanted. We had a mouse issue in the garage and we thought possibly in the attic. Manish showed up on time and even called a before arriving to let me know how far away he was. He walked around the exterior and he blocked two holes where we thought they may be getting into the attic. He put some poison in the attic told us how to clean out the garage to get rid of the rat poop. He left 4btrapsbfornus to put in the garage after we had cleaned it out.He advised to wait 5 weeks and if we heard anything to call him back. Overall happy with the initial contact. I was able to pay by cheque which I preferred for tracking purposes. All in all a good experience. And now we wait....

We had purchased an older home and we had water coming into the crawl space as a result of poor grading in the backyard and a rotten deck. I had several contractors come with different ideas as to how to fix this problem. Kevin was the only one who took into account the clay base soil we have in Markham. He came up with a beautiful concept. Including a retaining wall steps and a wrap around patio and walkway. The crew was always friendly courteous and on time. They finished when they said they would and cleaned up after each day was over. Kevin himself showed up daily to check on progress and always answered my many calls and concerns. Even after the job was completed and I noticed some minor issues he had it rectified to my satisfaction. It was a big job but the backyard was completely transformed. I am able to now entertain back their regularly. I hired this company a 2nd time to replace a 100ft fence in my backyard. Again flawless any grass they trampled they replaced and the fence looks amazing. They also cut down some trees and trimmed them back from the house. I do plan to use them again to redo my front walkway and driveway. You will not be sorry you hired this company.

I had called a number of the top rated roofing companies to attain quotes most of them took my number with promises of a call back the following week to set up an appointment because they were "to busy". But I did not have a week!! I came across Mega City Roofing and decided to give them a call. To my surprise someone who actually knew what they were talking about answered not a receptionist. Tom listened to my leaky roof woes and came out that same day to inspect it and yes actually got up on to the roof. Found out the supposed 5 year roof (as per the previous owner) I had was complete garbage. He quoted me on fixing just the area of issue but also on replacing the whole roof as he found a number of things wrong: signs of an animal trying to get, a number of shingles flapping in the wind that were not applied properly and the flashing all around my chimney was not done properly, he also pointed out that the plywood on the roof was all warped as there was no air circulating throughout the attic because the wood under the soffit vents had never been cut open!! I opted with having the whole roof replaced complete with new plywood and using the GAF Timberline HD product for peace of mind. (Side note I did check out the GAF's website to make sure Mega City was indeed an approved contractor; they were!) Tom and his team showed up when he said they would the team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job within 2 days. Site was left completely clean. Tom kept in close contact with me as far as sending me pics of the progress and ALWAYS answered his phone which is so rare. He delivered what he promised and was absolutely amazing to work with never have I worked with a trade that was so knowledgeable efficient, and so pleasant to work with. My roof comes with a 20 year guarantee from Mega City and a 50 year warranty from GAF. Not to shabby! Thanks Tom and the entire Mega City staff for doing the job right! I

I called a number of "highly rated" companies on Homestars and most of them lack proper customer service skills. When I did finally call Kay at The Mold Guy, she genuinely sounded happy about doing her job, she was very knowledgeable answered all my questions all of which I am sure she heard about 40 times that day alone! Kay provided a quote over the phone and it was almost 30% cheaper than the top rated company on homestars. The guys came out when she said they would and they finished in less time than reported. They showed me before and after pictures they cleaned up afterwards and I was completely satisfied with the work done and would not hesitate to use them again and or recommend them to others. The owner Ross even emailed me after the job was completed to confirm I was happy with the service and sent me the pictures to keep for my record. Excellent Experience
