We bought our fridge (only) from Faulkner's as they had a brand we wanted. The store experience isn't great but their prices are very competitive. We were really put off with the delivery guys. They were very unprofessional. Our space was tight and the old fridge had to go before the new one came in. So we had it all ready for them at the doorway. For some reason, that was a major problem for them. Then they realized the door hinge had to be changed (the store hadn't done it in advance). they complained so loudly (it took all of 5 minutes) that we felt guilty for ordering it. When they were done they literally sprinted out of our place. I guess it's so we wouldn't notice that the light didn't work in the fridge. The freezer was getting cold but the fridge didn't work at all. We called the store and the reaction was, well we'll come and take it back but we won't sell you a new one at the same price. Strange - we just wanted it to work. So my husband reconnected the wires under the hinge that they failed to do in their haste and voila it worked! But it was a terrible experience. These are commodities folks, you can get a good price elsewhere.

I rarely write reviews but everything went flawlessly with Moscone. They have a fabulous showroom that screams expensive but they whipped up a quote for our granite counter on the spot and beat everyone by a mile. They were the only place we visited that had the slab we wanted, and I even noticed the backsplash tiles that I had already purchased elsewhere, for less! After finding Moscone, everything started to fall into place. They are the only granite supplier that also fabricates. That means they take ownership of the process from quote through installation. They delivered on everything they promised: mailed a formal invoice, sent the measurment guy within a week, installed the counter earlier than expected and called us one week in advance to set it up. Installation: perfect! The installers were very nice, took ALOT of care moving materials in and out of our condo and took their time to ensure a perfect job. Even the build up of the edge is invisible! Couldn't be more professional or higher quality ... and the best price in town. Awesome!
