My request for a quote was responded to in a timely manner. I was happy with his rates, so I had him come out to do a simple job that I didn't feel I could handle myself. Turns out the toilet I have is fairly uncommon, so he made arrangements with a wholesaler to get the required part, and we scheduled him to come back. He was on time both times that we met, and once he had the part, it was a quick fix. He was very friendly, and easy to deal with. I'd gladly hire Andrew again, and appreciate him taking the time to do a job for me that is so basic for his skill level.

After requesting a quote, I received a call back right away. They were able to schedule a tech for a timeframe that worked well for me. I requested a call when the tech was on his way, which I received, so that helped me time when to arrive at the condo. Brad showed up and got right to work unloading his equipment for the job. He was friendly enough, and efficient. The work was done quickly. The quality was sufficient, but unfortunately I was told my carpets had some permanent stains, so I was a bit disappointed with that, although I don't believe there's anything more Steam Dry could have done. The price was reasonable, but due to the fact there was staining left afterwards, there's a chance I could have hired someone cheaper for the same results. Despite that, they were a good company to work with, and they made it easy, so I'd use them again.

I received a prompt call back after requesting service. I briefly explained what the job entailed, received a quote, and booked service. The company was able to get me in quite quickly, which was great. On the morning of the clean, the ladies were late, but they did phone on their way to let me know they were running behind due to traffic, so I appreciated that. They arrived, we went upstairs, and I briefly explained what I was looking for -- a move out clean, which to me means that everything is cleaned to a standard where a new tenant could move right in. I also indicated I'd need a receipt, and they gave me an impression one would be e-mailed to me. Upon returning to the condo after work to check the quality, I was disappointed. There was dust in the laundry room on the floors that I had to sweep up myself, and stains on the door frames that I could easily wipe off which means they didn't even try. Furthermore, some of the cupboards didn't look wiped out, and when I opened the freezer there were visible crumbs left in one of the trays. What they did clean was fine, but it was more what they didn't clean that left me disappointed. This company is good if you want quick service, but be aware that you may not get exactly what you were hoping for. They may be more suitable for regular home cleaning rather than move in/move out cleans as the work they did do in the bathrooms and such was sufficient. Lastly, I never did receive a receipt, and my credit card was charged, so I had to go back online and make a request for a receipt which I'm now waiting for. In short, for me, the cost wasn't worth the quality of service that I received.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Ensure they understand exactly what the customer is expecting before they get to work. Ask extra questions if they're unclear.

To say I was happy with my experience using Platinum Pro Painters would be an understatement. They were an absolutely fantastic company that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a great contractor. I submitted my request for a quote, and promptly received a call from Chris. His customer service skills are amazing, and it's easy to tell that he cares a lot about his business. We set up a quote for the next day, and I had expressed how deflated I was feeling as a different company I had tried to get a quote from the day prior cancelled on me last minute. He was very sympathetic, and I knew they'd be on time. Sure enough, Dave showed up, and he even knew about my bad experience with the other contractor, so I could tell Chris had made sure he was there on time to show me I could rely on them. Dave came in, and he scouted my place in a quick and efficient manner before promising a formal quote would be issued later that day. From there, I shopped around a bit as well, but I never got the same good feeling from anyone else. Not only that, but Chris' team gave me a price that was comparable if not better than some of the other quotes, with a level of service included that some of the others weren't offering in their pricing. It was a no brainer to hire Platinum Pro Painters. From there, my job was scheduled very quickly, which was important to me as I'm trying to turn it around as a rental property. Last minute questions were answered, paint was chosen, and my crew showed up on time the morning of the job. They came in, we discussed a few things, and I left them to do their thing. They were done in a day, and when I did my walk through, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. My walls were in fairly bad shape from previous owners, and there was a lot of patchwork to do. It felt like a brand new place when I came in to see the walls looking as good as they did. All fixtures, closet racks, and other such things were expertly removed and replaced after the painting was done, ensuring a good uniform look to the entire place. It was truly a pleasure working with Chris and his team from start to finish, and I know they'll be my painter of choice should I ever need to hire someone again. If you want a stress free experience with a company that knows what they're doing, I highly recommend you choose their wonderful team.
