I was initially horrified to find mold growing on shoes and clothing in some closets and was in a state that would have been easy for Ross to exploit. Not only did he calm me down, but advised me not to spend more money than necessary and to trust in the remediation process. After remediation, the spore count is at a very low amount and Ross had me put in a couple dehumidifiers to keep the moisture level low enough to prevent future growth. Ross and Kay are both engaging, genuine, friendly people who inspire confidence and trust and who play by the rulebook. I've heard horrible things about some of their competition, in terms of commitment to service and concern for the client. Save yourself a headache and heartache and go with the Mold Guy.
