Lucas, Shawn, and the entire All-in-One team are a fabulous group to work with. From quoting to the close of our project they were professional, honest, and trustworthy to the point where we will use them for every landscaping project going forward. We had a difficult project, and each time we were faced with a hurdle, it was tackled with thoughtfulness and precision. The pricing was competitive, and the quality and workmanship are a cut above. The project was a complete backyard renovation. This included replacing an aging wood deck with a stone patio, installing a paver stone walkway, installing an armour stone retaining wall, building out a large drainage system to deal with a significant water issue, re-grading the remaining yard for better drainage, new sod, a new fence surrounding the yard, and new plants, shrubs, and hedges to finish it off. The total project took approximately 6 weeks including multiple weather delays as it was early spring. The attention to detail was evident at every step of the way - if it wasn’t perfect, Shawn and the team would see that it was corrected. Every day started at first light and ended at sunset, and the end of every day everything was left clean and tidy. The team was quiet, respectful and a pleasure to have around. We have had many compliments from friends and neighbours, and we have proudly recommended All-in-One to many of them. We were looking to replace our old, rotting wood deck in the backyard. We called Pro Concrete in February 2014, and within a few days, Duarte was at our house to provide us with some ideas and a quote. He arrived on time, was extremely helpful, and gave use a design drawing, a price, and a number of helpful resources on the spot. We especially loved the fact that we were provided with references and we were not expected to put down a deposit in order to "hold a spot". Our backyard reno began in May 2014, and from day one we were extremely impressed by the workmanship, professionalism, and dedication of the Pro Concrete team. We had a lot of rainy days initially, but anytime there was a break in the showers the crews were there working hard. They left each day only after everything was completely clean - no mess left behind ever! John was always available when we had questions, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new backyard! We have already HIGHLY recommended Pro Concrete to number of family and friends, and we will certainly call them again if we are ever in need of more concrete work. The price we were quoted was the price we paid (no hidden fees or "unexpected" costs), and I consider it very reasonable for the quality of work that was carried out.
