We just got our sectional called Canadiana and we absolutely love it. It is very well executed and it looks fantastic. When we walked into the store we were greeted by Paul and Rob with a smile and got full attention on all our questions. No pressure to buy. They made sure first that we know the different styles and comfort levels they carry. We were assured that they build quality furniture and they delivered. We had some concerns about the zippers that may show at the back and Rob immediately had a solution to have them covered at no charge. Everything we addressed was resolved with a Yes, we will make sure it is done the way you want it. And they did. Also, the delivery guys were very nice and courteous. We are very happy with the purchase and service. We are going back soon to order a chair and ottoman. Thank you Boss leather. Will see you soon.
