I had a burned out igniter in my hot water tank over the Family Day long weekend. The first technician, Ken, did not really check it properly. He plugged and unplugged it twice and said he didn't like the sound it made (normal cycling of relays). He then told me I needed a new hot water tank. I checked it later that day and found it had a burned out igniter, an easy repair. So I called and complained. Ed Schaefer, the operations manager who phoned me back, and Jason Mitruk, the technician who came the next day, were courteous, professional, and made the appropriate repair in minutes. I wholeheartedly would recommend Jason for this kind of service.
