They did a very thorough job and used less harmful chemicals than a previous provider. They used tools to get off ingrained grease and left the grill very clean. Overall a very good job if a tad pricey but perhaps not given it was well over 1 hour of work for them to complete. Thanks for a job well done.

We had a Rolltec Awning over our back deck that was installed 25 years ago. We've had good service from them over the past ten years - new fabric, alignment correction. Last year it was clearly time for a new awning and they offered us good options and we ordered with installation done just this week. Installation was very careful and professional. Very pleased.

Rolltec have been to service our awning a few times over the past 7 years. Their staff have been very helpful and given us good advice both on the phone and for the service visit. I'm impressed that they service their older awnings so well and keep parts for them. Great to see their top rating on HomeStars - they deserve it!

We had two phases to our project. We engaged Reach Restoration for the first project - a bathroom reno and adjoining upper laundry room. We found the quality of work was excellent and the cleanup of the job site was exceptional even after long shifts. Site management was important as we stayed in the house during the project. Jim Urquhart was excellent in communicating the work plans and coordinating with us on decisions / fittings that were needed so that we stayed on what was an aggressive schedule for the first phase. Based on the first phase, we were really pleased to ask Jim and his team to be our contractor for the kitchen renovation, which involved a new floor for the whole main floor as well as plumbing, windows, electrical work to be coordinated. This project was more complex but again Jim's coordination - in person meetings and by email was timely and very effective, with a running log of changes we'd discussed and what was agreed. We learned to trust Jim's recommendations and response to challenges encountered in the older part of our North Toronto home. We were so pleased we asked Reach to also construct a new deck (we had been planning to defer this for later) off the kitchen which capped off the project beautifully.

Olympic Kitchens have provided us with a beautiful fitted kitchen with a design that has opened up the space in our kitchen and living room. We can't say enough about the designer, Andrea Panacci, who provided a custom design that included a desk and bar fridge area that really enhanced the overall result. Andrea's ideas and enthusiasm and attention to detail were key to Olympic winning our business and to our high satisfaction with the result. Installation of the cabinets and counters went very smoothly and the great fitted look speaks to the detail of the specification and how well it was followed by Olympic in their shop. We had some delay with counter delivery but were kept well up to date on the reasons and revised schedule. Definitely recommended.
