I contracted Paul, at Falco Contractors, because of the outstanding reviews the company had received on Home Stars, and I was NOT disappointed! Paul came out to give us a quote on replacing the interlocking brick on our front porch & steps within days of my initial email. He was honest, straightforward, fair and knowledgeable about his product and company. I felt very confident entrusting this job to his crew. A few weeks later his crew came and within ONE DAY the old brick was gone, the new brick was laid, and the landscaping around the area (river rock and sod) was complete. Our front porch is now a thing of beauty, to be enjoyed all spring/summer, and something we can be proud of. Paul and his crew are professional, neat, courteous, and FAST! The quality of the work done is BAR NONE. I highly recommend Falco Contracting for any of your landscaping and contracting needs.

After some online research, we decided to meet with Alon Zamdvaiz in person, to obtain a quote on having our fence and deck built by Can-Do Fence & Deck. He quickly made an appointment with us, and provided a very clear and concise plan of action. We had 80 feet of fence demo'd, hauled away, and rebuilt, and our existing deck demo'd, hauled away, and built bigger. The designs that Alon provided were clear, neat, and thoroughly explained. His price was fair, and the fact that NO deposit (and the work is guaranteed for FIVE years) was need was a big bonus for us! Alon walked us through each stage of building. From the quote, to the permit designs and submission, to the build itself. He was always a constant and reliable source for communication on project progress. Our project permit was approved, and it was a mere two days later that the team was demo'ing our old fence and deck. We were quoted a time frame of 30-45 days for the entire demo and build process, and we are THRILLED that it was completed under time. Now we have the entire summer to enjoy our new, and private, deck area. The only "con" that we would mention is the difficulty we had with the Foreman (Steve). He was hard to get in touch with (often we waited days for a response), when planning the next stages of our project. For example, the materials would arrive at our house (in a bin on the road) with no notice that it was coming, and then no explanation of when building would begin. It started to feel like; if we had not been trying to reach him for an update, would we would hear from him at all? This was a VERY small aggravation, on what was otherwise a fantastic experience. The builders were professional courteous, and cleaned up after the job was done. I've not found a SINGLE nail in the lawn! The new fence and deck are beautiful and sturdy. I feel very confident in the workmanship, and with Alon's team of builders.
