Hill's and Valley Water Systems is an A+ company with excellent customer service. After building a new home we needed water treatment for iron and hard water. I called the big brand name we all know around here. After sitting through a painfully long and uninformative sales pitch, we were going to sign their contract for a water softener and iron and sulphur remover to the tune of $6000.00+. I'm sooooo glad we didn’t!!! I wanted a second opinion. My builder recommended Hills & Valley Water Systems. So I booked an appointment and met with the owner Errol. It only took a few minutes after meeting him to realise he was a professional. He was highly informative, answered every question I had, explained how water softening works, demonstrated the inner workings of his equipment and shared the results of my free water tests. He concluded that we only needed a water softener and recommended and R/O system without pitchy, sales-tactic pressure. I really can’t say enough great things about this company. We saw immediate results after our equipment was installed and I just love my R/O system. Thank you so very much, Errol!!! Soo....about that other company I called... The rep did not show me the results of my water tests. I later discovered he inflated our water readings to make our situation seem worse. And get this..the rep for this company actually downgraded the capability of the equipment he represents, just to sell us extra equipment we did not need, which would have double my bill and we still would not have clean drinking water. So if you’re thinking of getting a water treatment system in your home, take your time, do your research. Call them all if you have the time. After you meet Errol of Hills and Valley Water Systems, you’ll know the difference!
