AtlasCare has installed and maintained our heating and cooling equipment since 2002. The furnace in our current home was almost 15 years old and decided that a cold Wednesday night in mid February was a good time to “retire.” We contacted AtlasCare's after hours service that night and Rick quickly arrived at our home. He determined that the problem was a cracked heat exchanger and that the furnace was no longer safe to operate. He ordered a replacement part and also put us in contact with a sales representative because, at its age, it might be wiser to replace rather than repair the furnace. Margaret arrived on Thursday morning to assess our needs and discuss our options and she sent us a proposal for a new furnace, air filter, humidifier, and air conditioner that afternoon. Elizabeth was able to locate a replacement heat exchanger on Thursday morning but we opted to purchase new equipment. Dave and Venecio arrived on Friday morning to install the furnace, air filter, and humidifier and do the indoor work for the air conditioner. They completed the installation and work by late afternoon, including installing a new air intake and exhaust vent for the furnace. Our home was warm again in less than 48 hours! We are very pleased with our new equipment and look forward to the installation of the air conditioner when the snow and ice outside are gone. We are even more pleased with the speedy, courteous, and professional service that we received from AtlasCare's team of specialists. They turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome.

We are very pleased with the service that we received from Toth Brothers Roofing. We asked Toth Brothers to make temporary repairs to our roofing after the wind storm in November 2014 and Ryan and Justin were at our home literally within minutes. They then replaced our roofing in April 2015. We are fully satisfied with the appearance of our new roofing and are confident that it was installed using the very highest standards of craftsmanship. Toth Brothers ensured that there was no damage to our home or landscaping, thoroughly cleaned up after each day's work and at the end of the project, and were respectful of our neighbours. The final price of the project was exactly as estimated. We have already recommended Toth Brothers Roofing to others.

Alex and Andrew provided us with excellent service. They arrived at the beginning of the two hour window that we were given for their arrival and completed the cleaning of our ducts and clothes dryer vent in approximately 3 hours. This was the first time that our ducts were cleaned and so there was extra work for them to do and extra debris to be removed. We feel that we paid a reasonable price for this service. We have used AtlasCare for our heating and air conditioning needs for many years and have always been pleased with their service.
