We discovered a leak in our basement about two years ago. We decided to use Nusite to fix the problem because the representative was knowledgeable, the price was reasonable and we were quite comfortable with him. About a year after the job was completed there was another leak in the area that was previously repaired. The company was contacted and we thought that the problem was resolved, however, we are once again experiencing a leaky basement. I contacted the company again a couple of times and finally someone came to the house on June 5/14. He suspected a couple of problems and told me he was going to take it back to the office to find out how this problem should be handled and he would contact me. To date, June 11th he has yet to contact me.

Hello Anthea, we apologise for any negative experience you feel you have had.
Fixing the problem is very important to us; we have been out to see the issue and have advised as to the next steps. We even went as far as re-digging an area of the work to discuss why there was a continued leak (so our supervisor could inspect it), and once we discovered the issue we provided a solution. In this case the small job is being re-done as per our warranty (30' excavation).
Unfortunately upon investigation, we discovered the rest of the house's weeping tile has now plugged since the repair (it is very old clay tile). This is the reason for continued water leakage, because the remainder of the house requires excavation beyond what we were hired to do. We are honouring our repair area and have also offered a permanent solution for the remainder including a sump pump.
