Tony was extremely responsive and professional. He took pictures of what he found on my roof, and took the time to explain it to me thoroughly, which I really appreciated. It turned out that my problem (a small leak) was relatively easy to fix, so he addressed it right away. But, more significantly, he took the time to assess other things while he was on my roof. Because of his efforts and photos, I discovered that our chimneys are in rough shape and need immediate attention. If he hadn't bothered to point this out to me, we could have had a costly collapse sometime in the future! And he did this out of genuine commitment and professional thoroughness; he doesn't do masonry, and so my chimney repair job won't benefit him in any way. I called when a toilet started leaking from the tank onto the floor, with what I suspected was a problem with the supply line. I was expecting a long wait, but to my surprise the very professional sounding woman who answered the phone at New Canadian D & P said she would have someone out to us within an hour - and she did! Peter was prompt and courteous, and gave me the best-case/worst-case options. Fortunately, replacing the supply line was a relatively inexpensive fix, and it did the trick! He was willing to also take a look at a leaky valve in my laundry room while here, and replaced that as well. All of this was done very quickly, with little disruption and no mess. When he was finished, Peter left me his card, and even responded himself, promptly, to a call later that day when I had a quick question. I was very satisfied with the experience, and have already told my neighbours (who had no plumbers to recommend when I first had the leaking problem) to call me when they need someone - I found a good one! We had renovations done, creating a lot of dust and wear in carpeted areas, and needed a really good clean. Due to reno delays, I was forced to call and reschedule my appointment for cleaning twice, but 5 Star was very accommodating and changed my bookings with no problems. The two technicians arrived on time and did the job quickly, and were very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Pro Appliance answered my call and had a technician contact me within 24 hours. Matthew called and made an appointment, for the next day, and called again to tell me he was en route. He serviced my fridge quickly and efficiently, all while answering my various questions. He was pleasant and professional. The job was done well and I am very happy to have Pro Appliance available to me now, for my future appliance-related needs!
