Ive been using Marie and her team for over 10 years now. She is a kind and honest person and my house is always cleaned well.

We hired Synergy to level our backyard and build raised beds. Although we had some communication issues and project setbacks and project went Much longer than it was supposed to we are happy with the final result of the project. The skill of their workers and stone layers is very evident they know their stuff but management needs to work on better communication skills with no the school other and the client and scheduling. In the end however they come through with everything and the final result looks great which is the most important thing.

Our experience with Tony was fantastic right from the get go. He showed up within a day to give us a quote and explained everything thoroughly. He drew a nice design for us as to what out porch enclosure would look like and gave suggestions on what would look best. He also noticed that our front door (which we were not replacing) had a gap between the sweeper and the door frame letting air out. He told us if we hired him he would fix this for us at not charge - which he did. After hiring him he came promptly to take measurements and put together the contract. Our doors came in within 3 weeks and he was there only a few days later to install everything. He showed up on time for install, all the work was completed in one day as promised and looked amazing. He went over all the products with us showing us all of the features and details. He and his partner also made sure to clean up after themselves very carefully not leaving any glass or screws behind as we have a toddler. He also did everything without having to take off my California shutters and removed and reinstalled my alarm contact himself saving me having to pay for an alarm service call. He was great with my son who loved watching him as well as with my cats. I'm very pleased with his products and service and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

This was the third time we had Charlie come in to do some work for us. He built wall shelves into our living room for us. This time he was accompanied by his uncle Sam who is also an amazingly talented contractor. Once again a fantastic job well done. The pictures speak for themselves. Charlie also put in a piece of drywall to seal an open window in the wall and make it into a book nook. Thanks again Charlie!!

This is the second time we have had Charlie in to do a repair and just like the last time he was amazing! He showed up on time, fixed everything promptly and even charged us less that his original quote because it didn't take as long as he had estimated it world. I can really respect that as he could have easily just held us to our original quote. Additionally he texts which is fantastic as I was able to take pictures of the leaking valves so he could assess the situation immediately and knew what kinds of parts to buy and bring with him for the repairs. We are for sure going to be hiring him again in the future for a cabinet reno as well as anything else that comes up.

We called Charlie to help us fix our disastrous laminate flooring situation. The floor had been installed completely wrong and many of the boards were cut too short causing the boards to separate a good 3-4 inches in places. We could see our subflooring!! Charlie gave us a very fair quote and was easy to get a hold of to set up a time for him to come in. He arrived with his partner right on time and set to work. He made sure the repair was done right, going even beyond and fixing some of the other smaller gaps for us without raising the price. He explained everything he did thoroughly and was very friendly and personable. He and his partner were also completely comfortable with my cats, which as a pet owner is always a concern when you have to call someone to fix something. He made sure to take great care in cleaning up any dust or marks that the repairs had caused on the floor. I think he may have even cleaned some scuff marks we caused rather than him. Overall we highly recommend Charlie and should we need a handyman for another job you can be sure that we will be calling him! Thanks again Charlie!

Paul came in to clean our ducts yesterday evening. He was right on time and very thourough in his explaination of what he was going to do. He was even considerate enough to mention that he had to leave the door open so I would keep an eye on my kittens. He did a great job and the air is great. He went above an beyond and even gave us a free furnace filter since he noticed our current one wasn't a very good quality. The best part - we won a contest he was offering here on homestars and it the whole thing was free! There was absolutely no catch - he didn't try and sell us any additional services. Even when the service is free he goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I've already given his card to my neighbour who was inquiring, but he is definetly the one to go with.

Installers cut laminate floor in our house causing an extensive mess which resulted in us having no kitchen for 3 days and needing to get our ducts cleaned soon, caused over 1000 dollars in damages including but not limited to a broken tile in our kitchen, cutting our alarm wiring, damaging our cherry wood dining room table and breaking a light. Also did a sloppy install job, our floor boards began separating, they used the wrong colour putty on our baseboards which resulted in brown stains, and our basement landing nosing was done entirely incorrectly. We were given the run around when we called to complain...we had to keep callng them to remind them to send someone out to fix things. It has been over a month and still not all the repairs are done. We had to get things repaired twice because the first time they sent the same installers who proceeded to fix things incorrectly and sloppily. We are still waiting for reimbursement for our alarm expenses, and the company refuses to give us any money back. Their best offer was 100 in store credit which is a total joke. The owner of the company wouldn't even speak to us, he refuses to return our phone calls and we were told if we came to the head office he would refuse to see us. We are currently suing them for all of the damages. Only good part of their whole company was the salesman Jim at their Heartland location.

Robert had to make a return visit because the bathtub started leaking again. He found the real problem which was a large chunk of calcium buildup in the pipe that was clogging the new cartridge he put in last week. He took out the calcium for me and replaced the cartridge yet again, and he did it for no charge. I was very appreciative of his time and effort. Thanks again!

Mr. Rooter sent Robert Plantic to my home to fix my bathtub. He did a great job, the bathtub works perfectly now. He was also very courteous, friendly and knowledgable. If I need Mr. Rooter's services again I will definetly be requesting that he be the plumber that they send out.
