We had a company come by this spring to clean our windows and screens. Some time after they left, we noticed they damaged a few of our screens. While we're still dealing with the cleaning company, we contacted Yuri @ Omega Universal to see if they could take a look. It was 7 years ago when they replaced our windows, and I wasn't sure they'd really care to come out and look at fixing screens. To my pleasant surprise, Yuri was quick to respond and showed up at our house the next day to assess the screens. He took the screens away and we had them back by the end of the day as good as new. Incredible service!!! Thank you, Yuri!!!

This is the 2nd time we've had an appliance break down on us in the past 6 months. We were introduced to Elite by way of our dishwasher breaking down. So when our microwave broke down, we immediately knew to contact Elite. These guys understand customer service. They are prompt to respond and text when they are about to arrive. *Did not use this company* Our garage door spring broke just as we were leaving for work. As we normally do, we contacted a couple of companies to quote on repairing/replacing the spring. Called another company first who estimated the job to be in the $250 range (after asking some questions). We then contacted Alldoor, who made reference to the springs costing about $120. Since Alldoor was able to come out faster, we started there. When the guy came, he said there was a callout fee of $20, and upon examining the work, said it would cost about $450 to replace the springs. My wife was surprised by the cost and told him that we had been quoted around $250 by someone else; at which point the Alldoor tech suggested that the other guy would have a higher price when he came. After a brief moment, the alldoor tech said he would lower the price to $360, to which my wife said to forget it about. The alldoor tech still took his $20 callout fee. Called back later to say he would match the $250 and proceeded to suggest that the other company we called probably had a bad reputation, lacked a warranty, etc. We then call back the first company who came to reviewed the work. Guess what? cost of repair was $250 as estimated on the phone, and rec'd a 5 year guarantee. The owner showed genuine interest in the work, made my wife feel confident in having them fix the spring and providing good information on the quality / expected life of our garage and associated components. Garage works great now!!!

We noticed a few months ago that water was getting into our cold room, usually after a rain storm. We decided to tackle it from both end; resealing/caulking the front porch (done by another company), and waterproofing the cold room (done by A&A). From the initial visit to "project day", their team was professional in explaining their process and what we should expect. On project day, the team was on-time and kept us in the know of what they were doing and explained what they had done before they left. There work will give our family peace of mind for years to come.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work and customer service provided by Yuri and his team @ Omega Windows. From my first call to Yuri, he proved his attentiveness by making time to come to our home right away to have a look. Explained the options and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done. We did not feel pressured in the least. On the day of the installation, Yuri and his team showed up on time, and completed the work in the amount of time they said. Clean installation. We had one follow up as the manufacturer had sent an incorrect handle for a new patio door, but Yuri replaced it for us with no fuss. The windows look great. We've got a couple more to replace and will definately give Yuri a call when we are ready to to start that work.

Found their Groupon and quickly checked homestars to see how they rated. Absolutely lived up to their Homestars ranking! As promised, their team followed up two days prior to the appointment to confirm time and date, and 30 minutes prior to arriving, I rec'd a call to let me know that Brenden and Shane were on their way. From the moment they arrived until the moment they left, I knew I was dealing with a top-notch firm. Their entire process was explained at the outset, and questions were encouraged. No hidden costs and Brenden kept showing me before and after pictures. They kept things clean around the house. A great team! Will certainly call them back the next time I need this service.
