This spring's non stop rain kept causing delays in having my a/c serviced. There were a few reschedules but Ather Hasan was so conscientious about keeping me informed and respecting my time. The 'window of wait time' is much easier to handle when the technician gives you a call ahead of time to tighten up the ETA (which Ather is considerate enough to do). The service itself of course is excellent.

I was reluctant to service my air conditioner, thinking it was only two years old and didn’t need service. I was set up for an appointment with Athar Hasan and at first impression found him extremely courteous calling me to let me know when he expected to arrive. I really dislike that 4 hour window for appointments, so that meant a lot to me that I was able to leave work when he was one hour away. Athar checked the pressures and immediately knew something was plugged. He spent a great deal of time cleaning the debris, dirt and moths from the unit and once in the house, offered some very useful information on furnace and humidifier maintenance, including spending time explaining carbon monoxide detectors, and the best placement for one I had recently purchased. He took the time to do this even though it was well into the evening and he was still getting calls for new appointments. I am sold. I will definitely make a point of combining duct/furnace and air conditioning maintenance in the future, and I will certainly ask for the same Service Technician
