An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"What set Craig apart from the other contractors we met with was that he looked beyond just the job we were asking him to do, and he considered the impact of that job on the rest of the house. There were no surprises along the way, and the job was finished on time, on budget and with fantastic results. He and his crew were also absolutely lovely to have around, which was especially important to us as parents with small children. We can't wait to someday work with Craig again on our dream kitchen!"
