We wanted to ensure there was no mold in the home we were planning to buy and found The Mold Guy on the Internet. They had great reviews and so called them to do an air quality testing. Kay who made a booking was very courteous and friendly. Ross came to do the actual testing. He is an expert in this field. He was very professional and took the time to explain the detail. He made us feel very comfortable in asking questions on what exactly he was doing. The cost included taking 3 samples for testing, however Ross went beyond and checked our attic to ensure there was no mold there. Even though this isn't their job, he took a walk around the property and advised us of what we should take care of, like re-caulking around the garage doors and basement windows, etc. Things that you don't really think of. I really appreciated that part. The report was sent to us in a week's time with all the details. Thankfully there is no mold in the property. Thank you Ross for your friendly and expert advise.
