I contacted this company in the late summer and asked for a quote to replace my eavestroughs. The fellow who came thoroughly measured my roof lines and gave me a detailed quote in a few days. He answered all my ongoing email and text questions patiently. I contacted two other well known eavestrough companies and asked for quotes for the identical work. Both quotes were considerably higher, so I hired Armstrong and Nelson. They came immediately and performed the work in one day, leaving a clean site. There has been a large rainfall since, and their work came through this test perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ramiro is not a carpet cleaner claiming to be a tile cleaner (beware of these types!). He is a real professional, who also happens to love his work. He restored my extremely damaged Mexican tiles so that they look brand new. I was really amazed. He responded to my first email the same day, arrived when he said, diagnosed the problem immediately (damage caused by the chemicals from the underpad of area rugs!! Who knew?) and cleaned more than necessary. This man is a perfectionist and a jewel. I like that he advertises his rates for basic services as well.
