Waited a half an hour for someone to pick up service call on phone. Waited THREE days for service for my NEW AC in sweltering heat. Would have been FOUR days had I not become sooooo furious and demanded service. Four timelines ignored and no call to explain in three days. Serious service problems !!!!!!!!
