Michael was very friendly, responsible and professional to our needs. We had a major backyard Reno done and needed a new sprinkler system which he provided seamlessly. His crew were very good. They worked really hard and cleaned up after themselves like they weren’t there at all. It’s nice to see that there are some companies out there that still provide and believe in great customer service and making the customer happy. We are redoing our front yard in the fall and they managed to provide us with temporary watering that will be adjusted once that job is done. We look forward to working with them again! We first found Alma Windows and Doors through Homestars and noted their high ratings and also the great reviews left from prior customers. We then went on their website and watched their video of how their doors are made. This was very impressive and informative. We contacted two other companies but the decision was easy and we decided to go with Alma. Leon and Dimitri were both very professional, friendly, helpful and didn't pressure us at all with our decision making. Leon, the owner himself, came out to see our home and gave us his professional suggestions. He invited us to go visit their showroom which we did and there we could see many of the different options available as well as the quality of their work. Once again Leon helped us to personalize our order and we walked away feeling very happy and excited to see the final product. Seven weeks later and our door and side windows were ready! Communication from the first point of contact with Dimitri to the follow up calls was great!! We even received a reminder call from Leon the day before where he once again confirmed our delivery and gave us only a 1 hour window for their time of arrival which again shows how much they care and personalize their service. On the day of installation, Dimitri himself even came out to take a look at our job to make sure all was well. The installers, Dimitri #2 and Leon #2 (yes very coincidental that they all have same names) were very punctual and were superb!! They took out our old door and windows and installed the new ones in a good amount of time and not rushing, making sure that nothing was damaged or out of place during the install. They also are both professional, friendly and helpful with some finishing touches that we needed their advice on. They even installed our new doorbell for us and cleaned up after themselves. Honestly we are very happy with the craftsmanship of the product and the professionalism of the employees and definitely would not hesitate to recommend them. This year will be our third year since being with Hometurf. Our lawn has improved so much since we started using their service! Right now our lawn is the greenest and healthiest looking lawn on our street. Anytime there is a problem with weeds being extra stubborn, Hometurf will take care of it after calling in and putting in a request. I really like their detailed scheduled visit reports and newsletters as well as emails that they send out to explain anything out of the ordinary (i.e. Snow arrival and its effects after already having first application applied). I also like how you get an instant online quote just by inputting your address. They're a family run business and the personalization shows. Keep up the good work please! Ps. We have a huge lot and having Hometurf help take care of it really helps!

I contacted Edin yesterday asking for a quote to move an existing light fixture and install a new chandelier centered above our upstairs hallway/stairs. His price was reasonable compared to other electricians. He was very punctual and accurate on his estimated time to complete this job. Edin Was very friendly, professional and took his time to do the job, making sure it was 100% and that I was happy with everything which I really appreciated. He even brought his own drop cloths and cleaned up after himself which a big help and great! We've had many tradesmen doing work for us lately and not all were as good and clean as he is. It seems like it's becoming harder and harder to find someone with a good work ethic out there so finding him was a pleasure! We will definitely be using him again in future and will be referring him to our family and friends. Thank you so much Edin! We love our new chandelier!
