Our roofing project was rather complicated. Our attic was poorly vented, so ice was forming on the inner plywood above our bathroom shower. As well, snow was getting in through the contractor-style plastic vents. Mold had also started to form on the plywood, so I could see we needed a roofer who had the smarts to re-engineer the attic's air flow. Shaun from Urban diagnosed the problem, replaced the rotten plywood, brought in some heavy duty vents, and re-shingled the roof. Problem solved. Roof looks great and functions perfectly.
