I recently moved back into the area from the U.S. and was concerned that I will be living by myself in an apartment unit on the ground floor. I was looking into security systems in order to give me some peace of mind. I looked into three other security systems recommended by others in the area, chose one, almost had that one installed, but during the review of the contract and explanation of the different aspects of the monitoring system, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with that company (June 29). I was back at square one, and this time asked good friends for recommendations. They recommended SG3 Security - I went online to check these amazing reviews about SG3 Security and decided to contact them. I emailed them at midnight of June 29 using the email found on their website and explained my situation and my living space - George emailed me back at 1:00 AM (June 30)!!! He called me the morning of June 30 after his meetings ended and while I was still in the U.S. and answered all of my questions and explained everything. George did this in a way where I really did not feel any pressure. I told him that I would be coming back into town the next morning to get the keys for the new place and will only be staying for 3 days before heading back to the U.S. to finish up some work there. Because I was only in town for 3 days and preferred to have the security system installed before moving all of my things into the apartment in a couple of weeks when I'm back into town next, he came to look at my place on July 1 (yup, on Canada Day) 1 hour after I received my keys to assess the needs for the place. He explained everything to me and why he recommended certain things and made some other safety advice to ensure my safety. He squeezed me in and came back the next day, July 2 - on his admin day - to install everything for me before I had to leave town the next day. He was so friendly, courteous, professional, and experienced. I really trusted him. He was patient and explained how the system worked and how to use all of the features. He truly cared about customer service and for your safety and well-being - it was certainly a very genuine experience. Can't say this enough but AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to give George a big hug after but didn't because I thought it may not have been appropriate and I would have probably scared him :) Thank you George!!! I would definitely recommend SG3 Security to friends and family.
